Doing one kind also can improve your ability to do the others, and variety helps reduce boredom and risk of injury. No matter your age, you can find activities that meet your fitness level and needs!

Endurance exercises for older adults

Endurance activities, often referred to as aerobic, increase your breathing and heart rates. These activities help keep you healthy, improve your fitness, and help you perform the tasks you need to do every day. Endurance exercises improve the health of your heart, lungs, and circulatory system. They also can delay or prevent many diseases that are common in older adults such as diabetes, colon and breast cancers, heart disease, and others. Physical activities that build endurance include:

  • Brisk walking or jogging
  • Yard work (mowing, raking)
  • Dancing
  • Swimming
  • Biking
  • Climbing stairs or hills
  • Playing tennis or basketball

Personal Training

As a Personal trainers we assess the customers’ bodily strengths and weaknesses and create customized workout plans.  Providing a physical and mental guidance whilst monitor customers progress on a regular basis. We also make sure that customers don’t get injured while training.

Home Training

You can be assured you’ll get a great trainer you can rely on, and build a strong long-term working relationship with. At Home Fitness offers personal training in-person at your home, or online personal training with personalised 1:1 workouts over live video calls.

Group Training

Group personal training shares many of the same qualities that we find in traditional personal training sessions – guided practice, professional advice, and bespoke workout plans that are designed to help you achieve your goals and excel in the fitness world.

However, as the name implies, you won’t be working with your trainer on a 1-to-1 basis – you’ll be working alongside others who have similar goals or targets with bespoke workout plans that are established in advance.
